HOW DOES IT WORK
1. Registration
To view prices and order products, you need to create your account and then wait for us to approve it. As long as the account is not confirmed, you can view the products (without the prices) but not yet order them.
When you register, you will receive an email summarising your details.
2. Orders
Once your account has been validated, you can proceed with your purchases and add products to your cart.
3. Delivery
Give us your delivery and carrier details, and our team will send your order to you.
Delivery from our offices is at your expense.
If you do not have an account with a carrier, please send us an e-mail and we will suggest other delivery options.
Payment methods
Online payment : up to €15,000, secure online payment with PayZen. This is the quickest and easiest method. Your order is processed directly.
Bank transfer : no maximum, the order will only be processed once the bank transfer has been received.
Quotation : if you have one or several standard exchange products in your basket, after checking your documents we will send you as soon as possible a billing agreement and the final quotation with a link to pay online. The order will only be processed once payment has been received and the billing agreement has been signed and returned.
All carts including at least one standard exchange product will be processed with the "send a quote" payment option.
Minimum purchase on the website: 750 euros.
If your order is less than this amount, the only payment option will be to request a personalised quotation, which you will receive by email.
