The latest version of Rotorplace offers new features that make it easy to order spare parts online, whatever their condition: new, overhauled, standard exchange, MRO...

Step 1: Log in to your Rotorplace account. If you don't have an account yet, you can request one at this link.

Step 2: Using the new MRO search engine, type in the Part Number or find the part to be inspected, repaired or overhauled by the manufacturer.

Step 3: Add the MRO-conditioned part(s) to the shopping basket. Please note that the price of the MRO operation is not shown online, as MRO fees will depend on: the operation requested (inspection and/or repair, overhaul) and the nature of the interventions born.

Step 4: For each MRO part, fill in the RMA directly from your shopping cart and insert the log card.

Step 5: Validate the quote request. Once our team has checked the conformity of your documents, your MRO order is validated. You can check the status of your order directly in your personal "My Account" area.

Step 6: As soon as we receive your part, we send it to a Part-145-certified maintenance workshop in our partner network.
